Shipping was super quick. I wasn’t even ready for it to show up that fast, so I guess I blame them for setting my expectations way too high now...

I’m a little confused by this. The plastic felt thin from the start, but I didn’t expect it to wear out as fast as it did. I barely got much use out of it before it started looking rough.

I bought a pump from Intex for our pool, it’s been doing its job well. Setup wasn’t too painful, which is always a nice surprise, and the water flow is decent. It’s not exactly whisper-quiet, but it’s also not trying to sound like a jet engine taking off, so that’s a win. It runs steadily and has definitely helped keep the pool cleaner than before. My only complaint is the instructions could’ve been clearer, unless the goal was to make me feel like I was decoding ancient scrolls. Overall, I’m happy with it and would buy it again.

My Intex item worked well at first, and I can't say it didn't do the job for a while. After a few months though, the material started showing some wear. It wasn't no disaster or anything, especially for the price, but I do wish it held up a little better

I bought an Intex pool and ran into an issue while it was still under warranty. Starting the claim on intexcorp.com was simple enough, but once it got going, the whole process felt slow and a little disorganized.

They asked me for photos and details I’d already sent, and replies took longer than I expected. To be fair, they did eventually take care of it, but compared with other pool and outdoor gear companies I’ve dealt with, this felt a lot less smooth. I like the pool, but the warranty experience could definitely be better.

We picked up an Intex pool for the kids, the whole setup has felt safe so far. I didn’t notice any sharp edges or weird rough plastic spots, the ladder area feels fine, the sides seem sturdy, and even around the pump and hose connections, everything felt secure enough. The pump has been working like it should, the water circulates fine, and the kids have been splashing around, climbing in and out, sitting on the edge, floating with toys, and just generally being kids without any issues. So far, it’s been a nice little backyard pool and I feel comfortable letting them use it while I’m keeping an eye on them

This has been working well for our yard, especially around the edges and the patchy areas where leaves tend to collect. I was actually impressed with how consistently it runs and how neatly it handles the main open space. The only thing is that cleaning it out and checking the filters takes a bit more time than I thought it would, so it’s not completely hands-off. Still, overall it’s been a solid help for keeping the yard in better shape

I like that it’s useful without being complicated. It just does what it’s supposed to do, and I’d definitely buy again

I bought this Intex air mattress thinking it would be a decent option, it was comfortable the first night. But after that, it just kept losing air. I had to top it up almost every night, even though nobody was rough with it or jumping on it. I checked the valve and couldn’t find any obvious leak, which made it even more frustrating. It’s probably fine if you only need it for one night, but I wouldn’t count on it for anything longer. For the price, I expected a lot better, and now I don’t really trust it to hold up when I actually need it

I bought a water pump from Intex for our pool setup, i’m happy with how it’s been running. It’s been steady and hasn’t given me any problems after a few weeks of use.
